Who I Am

Hi everyone! My name is Tyson Dale.

I got my certifications in Exercise Training and Science and Nutrition in 2006. Since then, I have been privately training clients for the past 20 years.

For over two decades, I've dedicated my career to one thing:

Helping men and women over 50 stay strong, injury-free and have better mobility - no matter what your fitness level!

I've also had 7 knee surgeries, so I know what it takes to get stronger, have less pain and be able to move better.

Face-to-face strength training is a great way to build strength, confidence, and lasting results. Every session is personalized just for you, with expert coaching, hands-on instruction, customized workouts and real-time form corrections to ensure you're training safely, effectively, and getting the most out of every workout. Together, we'll push past limits, celebrate your progress, and help you become stronger than you ever thought possible.

Group Training/Family Training

Group & Family Strength Training is a fun way to get stronger together. Whether you're working out with family, friends, or a small group, each session is designed to help everyone build strength, improve balance and mobility, and feel more confident - regardless of fitness level. You'll encourage one another, celebrate progress together, and make exercise something you actually look forward to.

Online Training

Online Strength Training gives you the flexibility to train anytime, anywhere while still receiving the guidance and support you need to succeed. You'll have access to your own easy-to-use training app with personalized workouts created by me, progress tracking, habit tracking, nutrition if you want it, and modifications for continuous growth along the way. I'll be with you every step of the way, providing coaching, accountability, and encouragement to help you stay consistent, build strength, and reach your goals with confidence.
